Tier 1 is an objective type test where multiple choice-based questions will asked and in the descriptive test, candidates are required to write an Essay and Precise and solve comprehension/passage. Tier-1: Written Exam (Objective Type) (100 Marks)
Tier-2: Descriptive Type (Essay and Precis Writing, English Comprehension)
Tier-3: Interview: Personality Test and Viva-voce.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION: IB AICO Syllabus 2023
DESCRIPTION OF EXAMINATION TIME and MARKS: There will be three phases of examination in Intelligence Bureau AICO Recruitment 2023. Candidates need to crack all the Phases to get a job in IB AICO.
Written Examination
Tier-I Exam: 100 Objective type MCQs, divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 mark each on:
a. a) Current Affairs.
b. b) General Studies.
c. c) Numerical aptitude.
d. d) Reasoning/logical aptitude.
e. e) English.
[Negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong
answer.] 1 hour 100 Marks
Tier-II: Descriptive type paper of 50 marks: Essay
(30 marks) & English comprehension & précis writing (20 marks).
1 hour 50 Marks.
Interview Tier-III/Interview – 100 Marks

- Submission of Online Application Fee through Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking/ UPI etc. (Payment of Application Fee through SBI EPAY LITE payment Gateway) only.
